What Data Shopify Users Can Analyze Using AfterShip Personalization
Plans: All Plans Platforms: Shopify
AfterShip Personalization enables Shopify users to recommend products on cart and checkout pages. It also shows crucial data like impressions, accepted offers, and generated revenue. This guide explains everything you need to know to effectively collect and analyze valuable insights.
Step 1: Connect your Shopify store with AfterShip Personalization. Check this guide to know more.
Step 2: Enable product recommendations for the Cart page as well as the Checkout page
Once you enable product recommendations, we will start collecting data and show it at the top like this:
Impressions: It shows how many times shoppers have seen product recommendations.
Example: If a shopper sees product recommendations on the cart page as well as the checkout page, the impression count will be 2.
Conversion rate: It is calculated by dividing the number of offers accepted by the total number of impressions.
If the payment status for recommended products is Unpaid, we won’t collect data.
Total revenue over time: It shows the total revenue generated through recommended products within the period you have selected.
If a shopper adds a recommended product to his cart, removes it later, and then adds it again to purchase, we won’t collect data in this case.
